Very ambitiously announced, new city compact car from VW named Up! will be available at the end of the year. With total length of just under 3,5m, it will target same market as the bestselling car in this segment - Fiat's Panda. It is expected that Skoda and Seat (both owned by VW) will have this model in production with their respective logos.
